Mobile Crisis Team
Provides residents of Mecklenburg County who are experiencing a mental health crisis assistance and access to supportive Community Resources. The team is dispatched to provide emergency psychiatric assessment, immediate intervention for family crises, interventions for parents and children and assistance to the hospital or other appropriate psychiatric care.

(SSI/SSDI, Outreach, Access, Recovery) is a national model created by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). SOAR helps individuals experiencing homelessness get connected to mainstream benefits and entitlement programs through the Social Security Administration.

Housing for Good
Housing for Good (H4G) is a Rapid Rehousing program for families fleeing domestic violence, and who lack access to safe, affordable housing. H4G is part of Mecklenburg County’s rental subsidy funding.
